Shipping Policy

We currently ship our products across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on the serviceability of your pin code.

Within Bathinda city, we deliver through our own team. Please call or WhatsApp us to place a local order.

• All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During peak seasons, festivals, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 3–6 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery location, and are shown before you pay.
• We may offer free shipping on select orders or promotional campaigns.

We use secure and hygienic packaging to maintain the quality and freshness of our sweets during transit. However:

• Slight changes in texture due to weather conditions (heat/cold) may occur.
• Refrigeration may be recommended for certain products upon delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email to monitor the delivery status in real time.

• Our courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts.
• If the delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because no one was available to receive it, the order cannot be refunded.

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

• High order volumes during festivals
• Courier service disruptions
• Natural events or regional restrictions

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, tell us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos or a video of the parcel and the product. Once we have checked it, we will send you a replacement.
